How early should I place an order for an event/special occasion?
If you are placing an order for a special occasion, we ask that you place the order at least 3-4 weeks before the event. This gives us more than enough time to make the perfects doses for your special occasion.
Are children allowed at the community events?
Some of our events have age restrictions. Any age restrictions will be specified in the event details for each event.
What is the minimum number of t-shirts I can order?
There is no minimum or maximum number of t-shirts you can order, but we offer discounted rates on bulk t-shirt orders starting as low as ten t-shirts. Contact us to get a quote!
Do the t-shirts used for the custom orders
run big or small?
Unless requested, all children and adult t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex sized. Most people say that our t-shirts fit perfect and are very comfortable. They are breathable and have a little stretch.

How will I receive my order?
Are the custom t-shirts made with vinyl?
What are the care instructions for custom apparel?
If you are located in the Raleigh-Durham area, in-person pickup is an option. If not, your order will be shipped to you.
All custom apparel is created with direct-to-film (DTF) transfers and then heat pressed. The ink in the transfers are bonded to the fabric, which makes it more durable than vinyl.
To ensure longevity of your custom doses we recommend the following care instructions:

Wash apparel inside-out in cold water

Hang to dry or tumble dry on low

Do not dry clean or use bleach on apparel

If ironing is necessary, turn apparel inside-out and use lowest heat setting
